Contribute FeedbackWe were not greeted upon arrival despite having a reservation, so we eventually seated ourselves. After being ignored at the table, we had to ask for a menu. Our food and drinks took a long time to arrive, with the first burger looking good but the second burger missing its side of fries initially. The burger we ordered, The Big Mic, was supposed to be a double patty burger but instead, they tried to pass off a single patty broken in half. When we raised this issue with the waitress, she became defensive and brought the Manager over who argued that halving a patty was correct for The Big Mic. Despite pointing out the menu description of 2 patties, the Manager only offered to refund one burger, which was not acceptable as we had ordered two. They also tried to argue that our dine card discount did not apply to alcohol, despite the offer stating 25% off the total bill. The waitress's attitude became increasingly rude, even swearing at us while my partner was trying to pay. The Manager eventually agreed to honor the dine card discount, but the overall experience was poor and ruined our son's special occasion. The focus seemed to be more on takeout orders rather than on providing good service to diners. We were not the only ones experiencing such poor service, and we do not plan on returning.

When we questioned this, the waitress became defensive and called the manager over. The manager tried to justify the single patty and offered to refund one burger, which was not acceptable as we had ordered two. We were then given the option to only pay for our drinks or return the food, but we decided to eat what we had since we had already waited so long. When we tried to use a discount card we had, we were told it wasn't valid because it didn't include alcohol, even though it clearly stated 25% off the total bill. The waitress's attitude was unacceptable and rude throughout the entire ordeal. The manager eventually agreed to adjust the bill according to the discount offer, and we paid and left. The waitress continued to be rude and even swore at my partner as we were leaving. Overall, the service was poor, and we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
