Mcdonald's - Croydon

Beautiful place for a cheeseburger. the drive thru makes my car home. I especially like the fact that there are two separate lanes to order the food. it makes fun to drive people into the order window. I won 7/10 of these races. I'm back.

Normally really busy, so they have to wait about 15 minutes to food at least that loses the fifth star, but the staff works hard, and the burgers are joined with more carefree than other mcdonald’s that simply throw it together in a chaos.

I had to cancel my order and place it again, then ended up waiting a total of one hour for it to be delivered. However, I never received the order even though it was marked as delivered. I asked all my neighbors but it was nowhere to be found. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Inexperienced individuals, well below the standards of McDonald's.

The meal arrived 40 minutes late with the Uber driver and was ice cold. Attempts to call Colonnades Purley to complain were unsuccessful as no one answered the phone. The experience was absolutely revolting and the food had to be thrown out. I will be reporting this to Health and Safety as it is evident that they lack knowledge of food safety and proper temperatures.
