W... read more I met up with a friend for a delightful dinner at Bagatti's. The staff were friendly, patient, and attentive, regularly checking in on us throughout the meal. We opted for the set menu, which offered a variety of options. For starters, we enjoyed calamari, followed by lamb shank and prawn linguine for our mains, and finished off with profiteroles. The entire meal, along with a glass of wine, came to around £38. Despite not having visited in years, Bagatti's impressive longevity in Croydon speaks to the consistently high quality of their food and service. My experience was just as excellent as I remembered, and I won't wait as long to return next time.

There was some left on a couple of plates but not for want of trying to eat it. For starters we had sharing platters. Delicious . Those who had pudding said it was the best the had ever had. Well done

Nobody asked how our food was (or we would have told them...meh). £90 for 2x2 courses and a glass of wine. As much as they cd do to look up and say goodbye as we left. Never again
