this small, cozy restaurant has a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere (it was a Thursday night when I left). had the Teriyaki beef bento. the Teriyaki beef was fragrant, sweet and salty (lightly too salty). salmon and salate were fresh. the tempura was slightly broken and crispy. a rich and tasteful food. I would have been back. View all feedback.
Must one of the best Japanese restaurants in crows Nest, Sydney. "Chicken Katsu Curry" with rice tastes really good. A bit clogged.
{ _anne_with_an_e // review } This place is popular for quickly grabbing a sushi to take away or for on the go. Dining in is a little difficult as there are very limited seats and a lot of the time it's busy during lunch rush hour. However, I've dined in on a few occasions and their service has always been very pleasant and friendly. I've had their Donburi dishes and although they are tasty and well made, it sometimes seems to be overloaded with mayonnaise. Still a nice place for lunch if you're craving sushi. Worth trying // big sushi rolls Pros // nice food, friendly service Cons // limited seating Food: 3.5/5 Ambience: 3/5 Service: 4.5/5
High quality sushiWe had some communication confusion when we paid for our mealThe maneger solved the problem by giving us a big discount.
I had a simple 12 piece sashimi selection Felt the sashimi sizes were a little on the small side The presentation was just ok.
I can't say it's *the best* sushi in town, simply because there are so many places I have yet to try! But It's really up there.
