Subway - Crown Point
Subway
Description
At this Subway outpost, fresh ingredients and customizable vegetarian salads coexist with uneven service and inconsistent portions. Some patrons praise attentive staff and well-made sandwiches, while others report skimpy fillings, restrictive topping limits, and refusal to accept coupons. Located in a gas‑station plaza, the casual, kid- and wheelchair‑friendly spot is convenient for quick meals but can feel overpriced when portions fall short. Expect a fast‑casual atmosphere that’s great when staff care and frustrating when policies or preparation cut corners.

I ordered three chicken salads online, but to my surprise, there was no lettuce—only spinach. Each salad contained just about a teaspoon of chicken and was overly drenched in dressing. Plus, when I went to pick up my order, I had trouble finding the server.
I always love this place! **Vegetarian Options:** They have veggie sub sandwiches and salads. **Dietary Restrictions:** There's a wide variety of vegetables available. **Kid-Friendliness:** Absolutely! **Wheelchair Accessibility:** Yes, it's accessible.
Ordered two foot long double meat Turkey sub, Bailey the girl working there put only 4 slices and didn’t bother to try and make it fit in there I opened it up and was greeted with a mess of Turkey and cheese. Bailey had no sense of work ethic and it’s sad how some dumb 16 year old at McDonald’s has a better work ethic than her.
These were thee WORST sandwiches I've ever had from Subway. Just because they cut their own meat now, DOES NOT mean their sandwiches are ANY better. It's a real bummer because I used to enjoy them. Booo!!! See ya Subway!!! JERSEY MIKE'S IS A SUB ABOVE!!! ???
