How does tha... read more The Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous, this is the second time I’ve had to abandon my order because we sat for 30 mins without moving even 1 car. How does that happen when all the chicken is already cooked and ready to go? Seriously I want to hear from the owner why it takes 45 mins to get an order at lunch time? I’ve ate at just about every chicken express in the dfw area and never had that kind of a wait EVER. Including locations that closed down like the colony. They still managed to give better service despite going out of business. That’s sad

This location has messed up our order the last 3 times I've gone. Today was the last time Never again.
