Had an amazing weekend here, we hired the whole place out for my son and his friends' 21st Birthdays, such a beautiful place and location. We had full use of the bar, kitchen, sauna, hot tub, gardens. Did not see the owner or staff till our departure, but they were at the other end of the phone if we had any issues. Definitely recommend a visit. We will be back. Would give 10 stars if I could View all feedback.

They cancelled our booking for a higher bidder 4 months after we made it and after 17+ people had booked time off work and made travel arrangements. Absolutely disgusting service and not to be trusted. View all feedback.
Made a booking months in advance that was cancelled two weeks before we were due to arrive. They gave no warning of this and have ignored several messages, Air BnB instead contacted us directly to inform us they had given our reservation away to someone offering more money. That is not how bookings should work. Extremely disappointing, I would not trust them.
Don’t trust this place. Turned up 9 days ago only to be told it’s no longer a hotel. Promised full refund by Keith Adams but now not responding to emails. Can not contact Steve Edmonson. Similar review on tripadvisor and even Keith admitted it happened to someone else the week before ... Would really appreciate my money back
I had an incredible weekend at this venue, which we rented out for my son's and his friends' 21st birthdays. The place and location are absolutely stunning. We had complete access to the bar, kitchen, sauna, hot tub, and gardens. Although we didn't see the owner or staff during our stay, they were readily available by phone for any issues we encountered. I highly recommend visiting this place, and we will definitely be returning. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
Unreliable. The management is rude to customers. We had made a reservation back in April, but the management intentionally double-booked us.
They canceled our reservation for a higher-paying customer, four months after we made the booking, despite more than 17 people having taken time off work and made travel plans. This is incredibly disappointing service and not to be trusted.
