The Lantern Steakhouse Pub - Crossville

Came in after church fir brunch. I heard it was good. We ordered and while waiting for 45 minutes for our food I saw a COCKROUCH ON THE WALL. We killed and showed them and tjey said it was from the Chestnut hill winery Never, never again.

Even though they were short staffed the food was delicious and we received it in a timely manner

Stopped after church for brunch. After quite some time, someone showed up from the back to seat us. My wife ordered chicken and waffles with a side of home fries. I ordered an omelet. The waffle was so hard, you could barely cut it. Chicken was obviously frozen chicken strips that had been left in the fryer too long (very dark brown, very greasy breading falling off). The home fries (wedges) tasted like they were made with old potatoes. The dish was pretty much inedible (just a couple of bites eaten before giving up) and picked up by a staff member, who was told that it was not good. He apologized, but the dish should have been comped. $16 for something that was not eaten is unacceptable, so we won't be back.

We are traveling from Murfreesboro and stopped in. Lauren was a great server and the place was cute. My Orange Creamsicle was a yummy treat too?

Lauren was fantastic and friendly. The French dip was good and our cocktails were tasty. The wedges are cut and fried in house which makes them so much better than frozen.
