Sister's Cafe - Crossville

Let me just start by saying these are THE BEST donuts in all of the surrounding areas – how do I know that, you ask? I ordered a couple hundred of their AMAZING donuts to have at our wedding instead of cake.Katie, who owns the café, was so responsive via email… one of the only donut places around that actually took the time to even respond, really, and I am SO HAPPY she did! For our wedding, we wanted something non-traditional, and what’s better in the fall than donuts and hot cider for dessert? (Nothing, the answer is nothing.)Katie took my vision and RAN WITH IT!! I threw her a curve ball right before the wedding: I wanted to put a couple of polaroid pictures (as we were using them for the guest book) atop a donut like a cake topper. I asked her for a normal sized donut with a swirl of white frosting to ensure that it will hold the pictures up. She responded to my request initially thinking that I wanted a huge donut (like cake size) to use and that she couldn’t make something that large, but after correcting her, she told me it was no problem at all. I get to the venue on my wedding day and the owner advised me the donuts were dropped off and set up with no issue at all. What she didn’t tell me, was that Katie made that cake sized donut and made it so beautifully!!! I stood there, teary eyed, wishing so badly that I could hug her and tell her thank you!I can’t wait to see the photos of how our donut table came out, and when I get them back I will add them to this review. For now though, I just need to rave about how amazing The Donut Café was to work with. They made me feel special, and on your wedding day, what more can you ask for?Thank you so so so so much to Katie and Mike at The Donut Café in Crossville for making part of my wedding vision come true! I can’t wait to come in and tell you thank you in person, because you KNOW I’m coming back for some more of those amazing donuts!!

Stopped in here last Christmas on way to Smokies after a friend posted online and we were hooked! Drove two hours there and two hours back this past weekend to get donuts (that should tell you how good they are). Flavors are so creative and taste wonderful. Good selection. Always fresh ingredients! Would give ten stars if I could!

The Donut Cafe is excellent! Mike the owner is super friendly, and the donuts are delicious! They have unique flavors the caramel cheesecake donut is tasty. They have breakfast sandwiches and delicious breakfast burritos too! I highly recommend this place!

The owner and family are nice people. Donuts are a treasure. Delicious and very unique place. Will come here again on our way though.

Great breakfast really enjoyed and plenty of food. Price was reasonable and the donuts looked fancy and tasty
