Contribute FeedbackFirst I heard big things about dynasty. The food is good! I was there twice. The first time there were 4 pairs. Seven people at my table almost finished their meal when mine finally arrived! No, I'm sorry, just a smile from the waitress. The second time I had a visitor from the state. We thought we'd go there and go to the movie. We ordered and waited and waited. Several couples who came much later than our group were served and we were waiting. I finally said something to the waitress, we asked what the problem was and she informed the kitchen. A woman came out of the kitchen and blamed the waitress. We didn't blame her, we just asked what the problem was. After she was vaccinated by this woman from the kitchen, it was obvious that the waitress avoided us and sent another one to give us the bill. I informed the second waitress that we did not accuse the original waitress, but she asked what the problem was and got a snotty answer. My problem is that, although the food is good, the service and the customer service need a lot to wish.
We say goodbye to Dynasty! The owner moved to retirement and the man who took it is not at all like the previous owner. We ate there a few times a week. Since the new owner took it, the service is terrible. The atmosphere is completely different. The servers are unfriendly and seem like they hate their job. We always order the same and noticed that the parts were getting smaller and smaller. Tonight we ordered our usual and could not believe how little we have. I decided to call and speak with the new owner; I told him we ate there a bit and always order the same and told him about the very small portions. He spoke to the chefs and said that the parts we got were what they always serve. What happens to the customer is always right? It would have been nice if he took our business from a distance and wanted to compensate us with a free dessert on our next visit. The sad part is that he was not willing to do something that would cost him a few dollars to save a very good customer. What a bummer!
Yummy. Thank you.
Wonderful, wonderful sushi...the best ever!
Best lemon chicken I ever had in my whole life.
