When we menti... read more The Philly beef sandwich was fantastic, and the Southern fried chicken salad was very tasty. However, the Reuben sandwich was quite disappointing. When we mentioned this to the server, she offered to replace it, but we declined, so she kindly removed it from our bill.

The server was very attentive and responsive to deficits in service. The meals served tasted great, butthe food quality was mixed. The egg rolls were ordered as appetizers. Two orders were placed and only one was served. Thechicken tenders were overcooked. The teriyaki salmon and pork chops were delicious. For responsiveness, the server gets a 5. Food quality, 4. Meal flavors, 5.

T... read more Beef Barrel offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a strong local charm. The food is a step above usual fast food, though it doesn’t reach gourmet levels. The staff are friendly, attentive, and well-informed about the menu. I’m glad we stopped in—my wife had the tilapia sandwich, I went for the buffalo chicken sandwich, and my daughter loved the boneless wings.

The cole slaw and F... read more We were fortunate to discover this fantastic restaurant with a dog-friendly patio! We enjoyed the patty melt, the French dip, and sweet tea. The cole slaw and French fries that accompanied our sandwiches were also delicious. Our server, Chelsea, delivered excellent service—she was quick, friendly, offered water for our dog, and even packed to-go containers for our iced tea as we hit the road. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

I also had the potato boats, which were enormous and perfectly crispy. The flavor was outstanding throughout the meal. I would rate it a 10/10 and will definitely come back the next time I'm in the Crossville area.
