I don't understand. if they can put a touch in the breakfast buffet that they don't always have) why can't they make a separate order?

I went to lunch today and it was a terrible experience. from beginning to end. the waterglass looked like it had not been washed by the last customer, the menu... read more I went to lunch today and it was a terrible experience. from beginning to end. the waterglass looked like it had not been washed by the last customer, the menu had dried eating on it and was greasy feeling, it took 15 minutes until my waitress came back and asked what I wanted to order and my eating came cold and stale. never!
