What Matthew doesn't like about The Underground Cafe Lounge:
This place should close. They are never open leaving an empty, wasted space. They do not even pay rent so have no incentive to open. The one time I went, I was overcharged for a coffee, and they didn't even make it fresh. View all feedback.
Came at 11:30am on Feb 2, 2024.Closed without any notice physically at the shop or on instagram.
I ordered on 9/6 at 2:30pm. Didn't get a call about a sandwich not being available that I ordered. Women w blonde eyebrows said I would get refunded in 24 hours…. Its been more than that and I was never refunded. I HAVE EMAILED twice. No response. I’m never coming back here. Bad service and bad communication and if it was not available you should have that on your online ordering UPDATED. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL EITHER.
