Sweet Boba - Crossing

I am a milk tea lover, and I always try Milk Tea shops everywhere I go. In Boston, this Sweet Boba is one of my go-to and top Milk Tea shops. They also have the best tapioca pearl. ?

The guy who takes the orders and makes the drinks is very nice and always greets each customer when they walk. I'm not a huge fan of the drinks and the boba though. The boba is a bit hard and has no flavor. I went twice and got the fruit teas, but I found the tea to be overwhelming and I got very little hints of the flavor of the drink I ordered; the lychee and the longan teas tasted no different to me. Great service, but boba and ratio of fruit teas could be improved.

Walked in the place went to the cash register said hi how are you sorry had no response looked me dead in my eye I said oh OK can I get a pineapple regular smoothie she's just clicking the computer and not talking to me that's wild disrespectful I work at the ice cream shop I know what it's like to have annoying customers but I did nothing to this girl and she's blatantly just ignoring me because what you don't like where you work don't even say this is your drink either just place it down on the counter and expect us to walk up to it
