Satisfying. Period. No skimping on ingredients here. Super fresh and soft bread roll. Had a regular (8 inch) double turkey sub. Took the staff all of 60 seconds to build my Sammy. Pic attached.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any business in Fort Collins! I called the deli to ask about costs associated with delivery. Immediately the woman on the phone was condescending and when I asked her what the cost of a large sandwich was, she immediately laughed and said ugh, oh my God . I could not believe how rude she was to a customer asking basic questions that are not listed on their menu. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SILVERMINE AGAIN THANKS TO HER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN!!

Easily the best sub I’ve ever had. The ingredients were noticeably fresh!! I was not expecting that level of quality. The guys who work here are really chill. I have not had a sub sandwich in my life as fresh as that. It was like I made it myself. I have fairly high standards. I’m blown away.
