This spot is one for the books and a vegans dream! I loveee anything spicy and my rule of thumb is, if I’m not crying or having my sinuses cleared, I don’t want it ? The flavor and explosion of spices were incredible! I got the Dragon Breath and Mac and Miso and boy oh boy it was the best birthday treat. View all feedback.

I read about this place in the Boston Globe. I ordered the original with Tokyo Masala flavor and it was delicious. It?s unbelievable that all of the menu items are vegan. I?ll definitely come back. View all feedback.
I celebrated my birthday yesterday at this place. We were a bunch of 9, they were very accommodating in arranging the chairs around so we could all sit together. The place was small for a large group, they were very accommodating and we had a blast. Thank you very much. The food was great if you like creamy ramen soup, it could have been a little more spicier or maybe that's just my asian taste buds. Great location, awesome service, good food. Miso and ginger curry were the best.
Definitely a great place for vegetarian/vegan ramen! Got the signature (smoky) No. 7 Red Hot Miso Ramen. Broth was very flavorful, and the soy meat was good. Noodles were okay, overall dish was a bit salty, and there was not very much of the soy meat. Seating is a bit crowded. They have buzzers for when your food is ready and you go get it from the front. We sat next to where they cooked the ramen, which was nice to see. Will definitely return to try other brothsVegetarian options: All menu items are veganParking: 200 Newbury St garage is closest, but expensive. Limited metered street parking.
Counter service, delicious vegan ramen. Yes the cheese is vegan but I didn't try it myself. I wish it hadn't been as busy when I ate there but that's not a bad sign for a restaurant. Needs some acoustic treatments on the ceiling deck or walls to reduce the nose level. I would have stayed longer and eaten more if the noise wasn't so difficult to deal with. My food was fantastic and I loved everything else about the space.
Counter-serve ramen shop on Newbury with great vegan options.Recently stopped by this place for a quick meal. As someone who typically isn't a big fan of vegan ramen, I didn’t have high expectations. However, the original miso Ramen was quite good. The classic miso taste was prominent, and the addition of vegan cheese as an extra topping, elevated the dish by providing the much-needed umami that vegan ramen often lacks. The combination of soboro (vegan meat tofu), corn, onion, arugula, and garlic oil also added a satisfying mix of textures and flavors. It was a pleasant surprise to find a vegan ramen that didn't compromise on taste. In addition to the ramen, I also tried the roasted miso avocado and the mac truffle. Topped with melted cheese, the avocado was another umami bomb. The roasted miso added depth to the avocado, and the melted cheese enhanced the overall flavor profile. I also enjoyed the macaroni, which was infused with truffle oil, adding a luxurious and aromatic touch. While the portions were on the smaller side considering the price, the flavor combination made it a worthwhile indulgence.Although I’m not very experienced with vegan ramens, RED WHITE did much better in terms of capturing the essence of traditional ramen flavors while catering to a vegan palate. If you decide to try the ramen from here, I highly recommend adding the vegan cheese as an extra topping. It truly enhances the dish and makes a significant difference in terms of flavor.
Ordered the Masterpiece and Dragon. Masterpiece was amazing and creamy. I didn’t like Dragon; the spice was too lemony and gave a sour taste to the overall flavor.I suppose the place is undergoing a revamp, as the walls were all bare with min/no decor. Air conditioning could use some improvement too.
