Max Leo's Pizza Fenway - Crossing

Went here with my two boys .. max and Leo and they loved the pizza . Cozy friendly spot. Will defo return when we go back to Boston.Kid-friendliness: The staff were fantastic to my kids .

Service here is awful. Hostess couldn’t be bothered to stop reading her book, told us to sit and she’d grab menus. Never got menus, and were promptly ignored for 15 minutes. We got up and left. Never

Just drank didn't eat but the food looked so delicious! Seevice was great they were hopping so the staff hussled!

We were waiting for them to open so we could eat and were waiting under the awning outside, it started to rain so a few people rushed over to get some cover. The employee then came outside and retracted the awnings so no one could stand under them to stay dry… immediately decided we do not want to eat here. Absolutely disgusting behavior and refuse to support this establishment.

I would highly recommend not wasting your time. Worst service I have had in Boston. We were seated immediately. About 10 minutes later the waitress walked by and didn't even stop, just told us the menu was on the QR code on the table. Then we watched her take orders for every single table around us, walk by us again, and then start bringing out other tables' orders. We got up and left. Extremely rude and disappointing.
