Was Cheryl Corman at Lifted a mag?
I was in town for a convention and discovered this hidden gem on the fifth floor of the Omni Hotel. While every other restaurant near the convention center had a two-hour wait, I was seated right away here! What User dislikes about Lifted:
Our reservation didn't matter.. we were sat at a table but were neglected for 25 minutes. No server ever came to greet us or take an order. We finally gave up and moved to the bar. Once there, we were able to get drinks and food. View all feedback.

The caramel lobster roll. Just order it. You won't be sad. It was everything i hoped it to be and more! Staff was kind. Views are amazing and it's gorgeous at night.

This is the restaurant adjacent to the pool on the fifth floor. Decor is cafeteria I guess to accommodate people going from the pool to inside for food. Drink glasses have glass stems, but plastic tops. Food is above poolside type fare, but not much, although I have to say that the hamburger and fries were very good. This restaurant is not a destination spot, but great if you're attending a meeting at the convention center across the street and want a bite or you are a family looking for a place where kids will be welcomed.
