It's surprising to see prices over $40 for food that tasted like it was three days old. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and frankly, it was so dry and tough that it felt like it could shatter a window. Additionally, I requested potato salad, but received macaroni salad instead. The popcorn chicken— which was the highlight of my meal— came without any dipping sauce. If the staff isn't going to pay attention to customer orders, perhaps they should be in the kitchen cooking instead.

The chicken appe... read more I’m giving this location 1 star since there's no option for zero. I've enjoyed KFC for decades, but I've never encountered such subpar chicken. The chicken appeared to be over-fried, and the bones were black with sharp fragments (a choking hazard) throughout. I tried contacting customer service but never received a callback. I do not recommend this location. Farewell, KFC!

The chicken was double cooked almostmashed, we found a long hair in the bucket!!! Called the manager Shiva and he didn 't care. But unfortunately, this is how youlose customers. I checked the receipt and they slapped on a ?tip? that I did not select (I didn?t even touch thepayment machine). Employee feigned ignorance when I called him out and quickly gave me $4 in cash. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS
