Nothing to do with staff. Just dishing out 1 star for dunks that are charging almost FIVE DOLLARS for an iced coffee lmaooooooooooooooooo kick rocks

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a poor experience at a Dunkin’ Donuts before. I walked here on a quick break to grab a cold brew, and when I got to the counter the girl barely spoke English. When I tried to order a cold brew she said they didn’t sell it there. I asked her if they were just out for the day and she said they didn’t sell it at all even though it’s on their menu and there’s even a promotion in their app AND on their menu in-store for a medium $3 cold brew. I showed her the cold brew on the menu in store and she said they don’t sell it at all? Then why is it on the menu and advertised? She was really hard to understand and I didn’t end up getting coffee because the girls working at the time couldn’t understand that I was asking for. I spent my entire break just trying to get a coffee I ended up leaving without. You’d be better off going to the Starbucks across the street

Worst dunkin' donuts I've ever been to, doesn't know how to use the app, refuses genuine coupons from their own app. And very rude. Rude very very rude. I would never buy from this dunkin again. I'm a huge Dunkin' donuts fan. It's sad when you have a better experience at the Burger King down the other way than this Dunkin' donuts LoL

Incredibly rude staff and got my order wrong 3 times. I love dunks but find a different one
