I had a big order of 11 items and the Dasher was there for more than 15mins. They told him someone else picked it up.They gave it to a Ubereats person and it was for Doordash. Careless, that was a big order and refused to remake it. I had to cancel.Very unprofessional.

N... read more They've really increased the presentation of this Dunkin Donuts. I used to go there three times a day before it was renovated to one of the new Dunkin Donuts. Now it's the modern chic Dunkin Donuts which I think is tacky for neighborhoods people actually live in such as Dorchester. However, the employees such as Long and Tony are great and always get my order quickly and happily. There's something to be said about a well-oiled machine.
