Dunkin' - Crossing

Waited 30 minutes in line, our order was never taken. They were handling mobile orders and ignored those waiting in line. When we asked if someone would be able to take an order they said their busy. We were told to file a complaint, this is our complaint.

This Dunkin 's outlet is a super, super-busy stand wedged into a tiny corner of an Emmanuel College student building. When I stopped by, it was mobbed by a steady stream of students picking up both in-person and mobile orders, many of which had accumulated at the pickup counter. Despite this onslaught, the staffers here were super diligent and efficient about fulfilling all these orders quickly and accurately.Otherwise, this is typical Dunkin 's fast food here: sugary iced drinks, bland coffee, empty-carb baked goods, or ultra-zapped hot items. But I guess it suits student budgets, plus most of these students are at an age where they can metabolize things far more quickly than I can. So more power to them. ;)Mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin ' Corporate hasn 't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged action shots and other stock photos that don 't reflect this particular location.

Not the worst dunking in town but not my go to place

Took over 15 minutes for a simple bacon egg and cheese because they were busy complaining about their science lab and when I eventually got it the entire thing was raw! Cold egg, raw bacon, unmelted cheese, and English muffin wasn’t toasted. How do you forget to cook the ingredients before handing it off?! Train your workers more sufficiently
