Had a wicked small for 3 nights. I’m average size and had trouble navigating the shower and sitting on the toilet. The chair in the room was uncomfortable for work and the work center was lackluster.BUT, outside of the hotel there are plenty of great restaurants, the commonwealth is a block away, and the green train station is right outside the front door. What Eduardo Perez doesn't like about Boston Park Plaza:
Great hotel. Great lobby bar. The one big downfall was. I left my AirPods in the room and checked out. I went back to the hotel as I could see the location of them still there. Security brought me up to my room as they said house keeping didn’t turn anything in. No luck. 24 hours later I see the AirPods location leaving the hotel. I would think a hotel of this caliber would have staff that would be trustworthy enough... View all feedback.
The Good: The staff was pleasant, location was good and the hotel was clean. The Bad: The room and bathroom were super tiny. We put a towel in the sink to lay out stuff on as there was absolutely no counter space. The bathroom light switch was outside the bathroom. Therefore, every morning I woke up my roommate getting into the shower because there was no way to shut the door before turning on the light. The refrigerator didn’t work, the night light didn’t work, the shower and sink dripped no matter what you tried to do to turn them off. The toilet paper was the absolute thinnest I’ve ever used. The food was overpriced for the quality. The Ugly: We were there for a conference. When we arrived for our 8 am meeting, there was no projector, no screen, no podium and no mic. It was 2pm before all of that was set up. We also did not get coffee or water as promised until a couple of hours into the day. Hotel staff were hard to find to deal with problems that arose.Overall, for $350 a night, the hotel was a disappointment.

I 'm really conflicted about this review my room was so small that I was pretty uncomfortable there for the 3 days I stayed (and I 'm a 5 '2 125 pound woman). But the staff was very nice and welcoming, the text that you get when you arrive has very useful information, and I really appreciated the water purifier dispensers that are on every floor. The central location is also a huge win and the gym is really nice. But I think you can see from my room pictures that at least the single bed rooms are TINY. I had to turn sideways to walk by the foot of the bed, and clocked my arm more than once (ouch) on the wood frame that the TV is mounted in. The 'closet ' is no more than a very tiny armoire and I had to take the ironing board out to hang anything that was longer than a shirt. And I could not use the toilet without knocking the toilet paper roll off the holder and getting my arm caught in the shower curtain which was all very annoying every single time. The bathroom is also so tiny that I kept banging my leg on the sink stand. Another ouch. And my view wasn 't great but that of course will differ by room.I 'm not that big of a person, I 'm not sure how anyone larger could manage in this space. So this is really a 3.5 review but I 'm rounding up to 4 based on location and cleanliness and well functioning of all of the common areas.
Great hotel in an awesome location in Boston. It's super convenient and the rooms were nice. All the staff were fantastic super friendly. I wanted to say thank you to Diego at the front desk for helping me get the perfect room so I could get to sleep after my long haul flight. Really appreciate it!!
We spent a couple nights here, Sept 8,9 and 10. It is a lovely building, entrance is beautiful. Single bed rooms are tiny and the bathroom even tinier. Certainly adequate but no one is doing calisthenics on the floor here. And if you sit on the toilet, you will probably have to remove the toilet paper roll because the pediatric sized toilet is smooshed between the sink and the wall. Double bed rooms are GREAT! Full sized everything. What really shined about The Boston Park Plaza was the staff. They are AMAZING! Everyone from check in, check out, restaurant people, housekeepers, valet and anyone else I may have missed, were truly FANTASTIC! Would we go again? YES! Just get a double bed set up. Great location, walkable to many things. Just a good experience all around.
