I fell in love with this place after the first bite. A friend recommended it for fish and chips, but they were sold out since it was a Sunday night. No worries though, as I tried their burger instead and it was absolutely amazing, a masterpiece. I would travel all the way from Cork city just for their fish and chips. I'm not sure about this place. The chips and fish were both very greasy. They definitely needed an extra minute or two in the oil to be perfect. It seemed like they were just rushing to get the food out instead of taking their time. Just a typical fast food joint trying to get rid of their food quickly. View all feedback.
The fish and chips at this restaurant were amazing. Even though there was a long queue, it was definitely worth the wait.
Well-known chipper in Crosshaven. I ordered a regular fish and chips with curry sauce (choices are curry, peas, or tartar) and a side of scampi. The fish was delicious and very fresh. The chips were well-cooked and tasty. The scampi was good, but I suspect it was made with frozen prawns. I would definitely come back if I'm in Crosshaven again.
