Most of the time the food isn't prepared and the wait is long. Some workers, not all, are VERY RUDE.
Food was good! Staff were working hard to fill all the orders! They did a great job, especially since they were swamped with customers at the time! They were nice and cordial to.
I had to wait to place my order, only to be told that they were out of the original recipe chicken! I was informed it would take 15 minutes to prepare more, so I decided to leave. It seems like the management doesn't realize they should replenish the chicken when the bins are empty.
Forgot how good crispy was! 4 ???? minor hiccup on the order, but, THE FOOD was delicious!
I'm sick of these people being rude and not giving me the food I pay for. I ordered a 5 pc tender tonight with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and ordered an extra side of Mac n cheese. The guy didn't give me a receipt and then I was told that my Mac n cheese was in the box. Get home and I have no mashed potatoes. The last time I visited no one answered the intercom so I pulled up and the guy serving the car ahead of me looked directly at me. When I pulled up he walkedaway from the window and no one else ever came to the window. I will not be going back. Please do not waste your money here. It is not worth it. Would give zero stars if possible.
