ate this just now and ordered tenders and mashed potatoes to dip my tenders in. from my very first bite i was feeling phantom feelings that i can only describe as similar to the heavenly radiant warmth of admiration for the sun. towards the end i felt more like a mighty underwater warrior partaking in a festive celebratory feast of the finest whale chuck. i dont know how else to describe it except it was like atlanti... What Jonathan James doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
The chicken was overcooked, but ok. Fries were great. Was stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. They left part of my order out and when I tried to go in to fix it the doors were locked (at 6:45ish in the evening). By this point the drive thru line was all the way around the restaurant, so left without the side we paid for. Won't be back to this location. View all feedback.

Zero stars should be an option. 40 min wait for food sandwich was burnt/but nuggets, fries, red beans were cold. Hot lemonade, no ice in Diet coke. The young woman working the window was nice.Food: 1/5
Went tonight for the first time in ages. Went inside first. There was a line of people waiting. The line shifted and a few people went to the side. They must have been with one of the meal delivery services or they had ordered on the app. The kid up front very slowly started to fill their orders. There was one gentleman in front of us and he was at the register. Nobody greeted him or us and acted like we weren't there. Meanwhile, the other folks were getting their app meals and leaving. The line behind us kept getting longer. The man in front of us finally tried to get the kids attention. The kid looked at him and never said a word.all the people behind us either left or went through the dtive-thru, which was getting their orders filled. We finally went through the drive-thru and when we got home, our order was totally wrong. The managers stayed in the back the entire time. Shame on them. Horrible service.
I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and overall, my experience was quite satisfactory. The store was clean and well-maintained, which immediately left a positive impression on me. The staff members were attentive and provided good service throughout my visit. One of the standout aspects of Popeyes was the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors were spotless, the tables were properly wiped, and the overall hygiene standards were evident. It's always reassuring to dine in a clean environment, and Popeyes delivered in that regard. The service at Popeyes was commendable. The employees were friendly and greeted me with a smile upon entering the restaurant. They promptly took my order and efficiently handled the other customers as well. They seemed well-trained and knowledgeable about the menu, which made the ordering process smooth and hassle-free.However, when it comes to the food itself, I have to say it was decent. While the taste was satisfactory, it didn't particularly stand out to me. I ordered their famous fried chicken, and while it was flavorful and crispy, I found it to be a bit greasier than I would prefer. The side dishes, such as the Cajun fries was decent but lacked a wow factor. Although the food wasn't bad by any means, it didn't quite exceed my expectations either.Despite the food being above average, the overall experience at Popeyes was still enjoyable. The combination of a clean store, good service, and decent food made it a satisfactory visit. I would recommend Popeyes to those who appreciate a clean and well-maintained dining environment and are looking for a quick and convenient fast-food experience.
I’m a caregiver for people with autism, my goal as a caregiver is to take my client out to the community and show her what a “strong work ethic” is at a job. Unfortunately we saw the total opposite! There was 7 people working, none of them greeted. We stood at the front for a while, they ALL made eye contact with us and didn’t approach…even the MANAGER! It was not busy at all. At this point it’s been too long and I started to record. Two men were on their phones, the manager, the person that supposed to be WORKING up front, and the 2 people on the sandwich station were just chilling/ talking. The drive through person was doing the same. It wasn’t until they noticed me recording they finally came to take our orders and started to do their jobs! Honestly just shut the place down, too many complaints on this Company. How sad.
