Dunkin' - Cross River
Dunkin'
Description
At this local Dunkin', experiences vary significantly. While some patrons appreciate the speedy service and friendly staff, others encounter rude employees and unmet orders. Issues with food quality, such as incorrect coffee and poorly made ice cream, highlight a need for better training and hygiene standards. The establishment's small size and basic atmosphere may leave some diners wanting more, especially those seeking a clean and inviting space. Overall, while the restaurant serves its purpose for quick snacks, customers looking for consistent quality and service might be better served elsewhere.

Service was ok. Most notable was the mess at the coffee area near the entryway.Garbage was overflowing on the counter area. Aside from that the doughnut were stale. I ordered 2 plain stick type doughnuts. My wife ordered a jelly doughnut and cream doughnut also stale. The only thing good was the coffee. My advice is to avoid this location. Service: Takeaway
This dunkin needs a sign out front, it’s in the plaza but very hard to find. Wound up eating empire bagels because we could not find the dunkin.
