They have weird hyper local vocabulary. A hoagie/sub/hero or whatever most people would call it is a wedge here. I aksed for my Italian on a hoagie roll once and they gave it to me on a round Kaiser roll but they remade it for me.Their Italian is top notch. Better than Cosme 's in philly, which is an insanely high bar. I stop here everytime i visit my inlaws. I wish it was closer to where i live!

I got a ham and cheese on a roll let us tomato mayonnaise hot peppers.. but the cold cuts were put on the sandwich like a bowl of meatnothing was layered out to the edge of the sandwich then when you ate the sandwich everything fell out the middle of thesandwich was too large it looked nice but it didn't eat well

I went to the Poughkeepsie location hoping to grab a quick sandwich, only to discover that despite the sign saying 24/7, they actually close at certain times. When I asked the person behind the gas station counter where everyone was, he informed me that they were closed. I pointed out that the sign says 24/7, to which he replied, "Yes, but the gas station is open." This was very misleading.
