I love the ice cream here. You cannot go wrong with any flavor of Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream. They are all amazing. Cross Plains Creamery has a large variety of flavors to choose from in a very nice display case. Most everyone will be able to find a favorite! I cannot wait for it to finally warm up so our family can sit on the deck and eat our ice cream when we visit. View all feedback.

Have yet to try their sandwiches. Initially pessimistic by online menu and reviews. Was hoping for lighter and more locally-focused ingredients. However had ice cream with the family last weekend. Huge selection in a nice display case, friendly staff and look forward to summer evenings on their creek patio. Will try the sandwiches next based on this experience. View all feedback.

This restaurant had delicious food and ice cream, and a friend of ours used to work there until her paychecks started bouncing. The owner promised to rectify the situation but never followed through. Since then, they have accumulated seven new lawsuits, with more likely on the way. If you see the owners opening a new location, please warn others to avoid becoming victims of these fraudsters. Court records reveal that other family members are also involved and facing lawsuits. They frequently change their business name; previously, they have operated under names like Cross Plains Creamery and Tank Family Enterprises, but I'm sure they will adopt new ones soon. PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE INDIVIDUALS!
The food is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful!
First time here and loved it! Huge ice cream selection. Nice open place for quick bite of ice cream and to cool off on a 119° heat index day. The servers were the best! Great store layout for easy access.
