I had to repeat my order five times and even had... read more The restaurant has recently reopened, and the staff are friendly, but the service is very slow and inefficient. I had to repeat my order five times and even had to correct the cashier's mistake to the barista. When I finally received my latte, it was empty, and then when they remade it, it turned out to be a milk coffee instead of a dirty chai. I really wanted to love this place, as it is the only one of its kind, but the staff need to be better trained. The cashier should write the order on the coffee cup so the barista doesn't have to repeatedly ask for clarification. The food was tasty, but they forgot part of my order, so I had to remind them. I hope they improve because I want this to be my go-to spot for coffee and brunch. The interior is charming and the lattes and brunch were wonderful. The only downside was the lack of fruit on my waffle. Despite some issues, I would still return, especially for brunch or to study. If this place was in a bigger city, it would be crowded, but the prices might be a bit high for a small town.
