We drove all the way from Frisco to have dinner. The place was supposed to close at 10 PM, but they wouldn’t let us sit because they said it closed at 9:30, even though we arrived at 9:35 and the door was still open. One waitress said she would check if they could serve us, but she never returned. Another waitress eventually came and said they wouldn’t serve us because it was already closed. All time favorite Nepalese Restaurant in DFW metroplex. Delicious authentic food, friendly staffs and of course expert chef and owner.
Everest is one of my favorite Nepalese/Indian food places (tied for first place with Bajeko Sekuwa in Irving). There are two locations of Everest I’m aware of (Irving and Plano). I pretty much always get Chicken Tikka Masala and a bunch of naan bread my kids primarily go for the naan, but like to dip into the tikka masala sauce. Anyhow, it’s consistently very tasty. Only complaint might be that the heat/spicy level varies…but honestly that might just be indicative of how fresh and made to order it all is. So, perhaps that’s good!
If they have 100 star I will post it to this restaurant it is one of the best food is so tasty nothing you choose from there menu that you gonna regret it
This place was such a gem! I ordered the aloo matar (veggie and potato curry) and it was excellent! It came with a heaping bowl of rice. The Naan portions are really big! One serving comes with four large pieces. We got three servings which was honestly way too much. The whole experience was amazing! Even the black lemon tea was great.
Always Lamb rogan Josh. We drive an hour each week for this food item! Worth it!
