My husband, a friend, and I went to the restaurant yesterday and ordered three meatball marinara subs. Unfortunately, all of us are experiencing diarrhea today.
I discovered a hair in my sandwich which suggests that the employees should consider wearing hairnets. Additionally, there was liquid on the floor causing me to slip.
I have visited this Subway a few times but will not be returning. The main issue was with the Subway app. The employees at the store refused to honor the 'buy one get one sub free' deal unless I used the app, which was not functioning properly. I was not alone in experiencing this issue, as others in the long line were also having trouble with the app. The staff did not seem to care about the inconvenience. The workers were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the store was not very clean. The Subway app has never worked on my phone, and the employees did not know how to troubleshoot or assist customers with it. It was frustrating to be required to use the app, only for it to not work properly, and receive no assistance from the staff. It was a disappointing experience overall.
