We request... read more Typically a great experience, but the last time we ordered online was disappointing. Our subs were incorrect, receiving a tuna sub instead of turkey. We requested extra sauce but barely got any, and the sub was dry in parts. They also used too much mayo, which was difficult to bite into. Hoping it was just an off day or due to new staff, we will give them another chance but are cautious.

The service was friendly and the food was fresh. The only downside was that our server was occasionally busy, but I understand that she was multitasking. I mentioned this to her and she seemed a bit flustered, but she was in the middle of handling other tasks. Overall, the attentive staff put me at ease in terms of cleanliness, although it was disappointing not to have hand sanitizer available, especially during a pandemic.

However, during my visit today, Sue prepared one of the best sandwiches I have had there in a while. Thank you, Sue!
