Low Cost, High quality breakfast.__I stopped by after seeing advertising on Yelp for it.
We wanted to find a cozy place for dinner on this rainy night, and this place was perfect! They have an extensive whiskey menu and all the servers are very
Phenomenal! The Hot Husband and I tried haggis fritters, hot port, fish and chips, and the steak and ale pie.
The setting of the Royal is splendid. The dining room was a little crowded so we ate in the bar for conviviality with our diners was amazing. I had the pork belly dinner, which was outstanding. The beer and whiskey selection were very good. I had the Earthquake Ale from Black Isle brewery, which was quite good. My brother had the portobello mushroom because they were out of hamburgers. A delightful visit.
Very comfortable atmosphere with wood decoration and very manor style. The menu had some peculiar dishes, such as shrimp with chorizo, or grilled fish with potato and chorizo, which although a priori might seem of strange taste, then they were not so bad.The mussels to the sailor quite good. They had a lot to bring an extra ratio of bread.
