They made sure we all had lanterns in our rooms, lit the bar with candles and served us whatever food they could manage. Met some lovely people and the wine flowed. Can't wait to return to enjoy the extensive menu usually on offer.

And the food was just delicious nicest... read more Off us went for a meal for my wife’s birthday. We had a great night. Staff were really nice and very good at their jobs. And the food was just delicious nicest meal out I’ve had in a long time and everyone in our group thought the same they all loved the food. Next time we are in Comrie will defiantly be going back for a meal. Very reasonable price as well.

I had the pork bel... read more The setting of the Royal is splendid. The dining room was a little crowded so we ate in the bar for conviviality with our diners was amazing. I had the pork belly dinner, which was outstanding. The beer and whiskey selection were very good. I had the Earthquake Ale from Black Isle brewery, which was quite good. My brother had the portobello mushroom because they were out of hamburgers. A delightful visit.
