Crewe Hall
Crewe Hall
Description
The Sheridan Suite offers a mixed dining experience characterized by its stunning ambiance and attentive service. While some guests enjoyed delightful afternoon teas and praised the staff's friendliness, others reported disappointment with the food quality and value, particularly with the special festive menu and a lack of dessert variety. Although the brasserie setting was less appealing for special occasions, the beautiful interior and well-coordinated service received high marks. Overall, the venue provides a picturesque location for celebrations, but potential diners should look for clarity on menu offerings and ensure their expectations align with the experience.

The price was much more expensive than on their app. also they could not make our booking good at the first arrival.
We didn't experience dining in the restaurant, as we had booked Afternoon Tea. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and the location. We would certainly consider returning at a later date.
Excellent service from start to finish. The scones were a bit doughy in the middle.
We had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff, especially Philip, were attentive and polite. The only downside was the lack of coziness, as the ambiance felt more like a canteen. Additionally, the price of drinks was quite high. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options and delicious warm food. The staff remained attentive and polite during this meal as well.
I had originally reserved a table in the main restaurant, but upon arrival, we were informed by the host at the reception that we had been moved to the brasserie due to low bookings. Had I known, I would have chosen a different place to dine. The brasserie did not offer the special ambiance we were looking for, and overall, we were not impressed with the experience.
