I really enjoy the cold cuts and pretzels at this place. The young staff are always friendly and efficient, minimizing wait times for customers and order preparation. Many of them have undergone extensive training and have completed their assignments before their shifts. I commend them wholeheartedly and believe they deserve the highest recognition for their hard work. The management should make sure the team knows how great they are! Keep up the good work!

It was nice that they were attentive, but even though I didn't ask for any tweaks or mayo, they still added it.

Wonderful customer service skills

I went there to get my sub, and when I asked the lady for extra pickles, she told me they couldn’t give me any more. I mentioned that I would be willing to pay extra if necessary, but she still insisted that they couldn't add more. I ended up paying $16.00 and still didn’t get what I wanted.
