I debated between 2 and 3 stars. My wife got me a German Chocolate cake for my birthday, as well as a backup tiramisu. The cake was moist and tender. The topping wasn 't too sweet. But, and one might describe this as the linchpin of a German Chocolate cake: it wasn 't chocolate. It was a light beige that someone described as blondie like. I went out to the internet to peruse its German Chocolate cake images, and while I didn 't go all the way to the end, I could not find a light beige German Chocolate cake anywhere. The German consulate was closed when I received the cake and I don 't speak German so a call to Germany 's Bakery Ministry would have been likely fruitless (unlike a Black Forest cake) in an effort to confirm the qualities of a German Chocolate cake. So, I 'm left only with my many years experience eating German Chocolate cakes to leave 2 stars. And we 'll leave the tiramisu as non-traditional.

Staff is absolutely rude. They are instantly overwhelmed and there is no orderly process to handle customers. I’ll find my pastry elsewhere. Ridiculous pricing anyway
