We tried this subway for the first time to day and it was awesome. Very clean, great food, and the man that did are order was great too. I didn't get his name but it says we was served by 999997. Just wanted to say thank you. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
I completed my order for pickup via the app and sent my daughter to retrieve it. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the restaurant informing me that they didn 't have meatballs for my subs and requested a replacement. I asked the worker to cancel my order so I could pick it up at another Subway location, but he insisted I do it through the app, which wasn 't possible. Despite my repeated explanations, he couldn 't offer a solution, insisting that I needed to figure it out. After demanding to speak to a manager, I was told to return before 2 PM the next day if I couldn 't figure it out, (which conflicts with my work schedule). Despite this, the app now shows that my order has been picked up and yet i have no food. How is this even remotely acceptable?
Ridiculous. The store is open however the girl on the line doesn't want to answer the drive thru. It's winter. I have a baby and a toddler in the car. I want 1 sub. She's answered the phone twice and hung up both times. Today is January 23rd, it's 2:45pm and I've just wasted 20 minutes of my life. Oh and for good measure this has never happened before. I've called in before for to go orders, I've used the drive thru. Never any issues. I guess when you hire lazy people this is what you get. Ohhhh and kicker.... there are now zero cars in the parking lot. (There was 1 when I got here) Don't worry Subway you won't see my car here again either.
The guy Chris that work there was amazing and did everything I asked plus more always will go to crestline subway he washed his hands before putting on gloves and talk to me letting me know everything they had and made my sub how I like it very good service Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
For lunch I ordered the boss It's meatballs with cheese and pepperoni. It was cold. Guess I should've got it toasted. The lady seemed not awake or in a bad mood It was dirty. I wished I changed my mind and left. They weren't busy. Door was Grose. Food station not very clean. I don't complain much at all. The I think they can do alot better. Meal type: Lunch
