One of my top picks is the Octopus Carpaccio, which boasts a Michelin-star level flavor thanks to its distinctive sauce. The talented new chefs truly deserve recognition. I used to order filet mignon takeout from another place almost every week, but ever since tasting Samdan’s Saslik, I’ve completely switched. The Saslik, featuring specially marinated filet mignon served with potato purée and a secret sauce, is absolutely irresistible. Now, my family orders from Samdan weekly for our dinners. The attached photo shows the takeout Saslik paired perfectly with a cabernet red wine. Here’s to amazing food and wonderful moments!

Compared to other Mediterranean and Turkish spots I usually visit, this place was just average. The food was well-prepared, neatly packed, and arrived within an hour. I chose the eggplant with tomato and calf liver appetizers, along with the ground chicken kebab. The portions were generous and the food was tasty overall. However, I was a bit disappointed with the calf liver as it wasn’t cooked the way I prefer, and the chicken kebab could have used more seasoning.

Poached quince with pomegranate juice, hibiscus and mascarpone. So delicious!We will come back just for that dessert alone... we found a recipe online so we will experiment at home.
