I ONLY ATE THE MARGHERITA PIZZA WITHOUT BASIL!!!!! DOUGH OK, BUT IT'S NOT A NEAPOLITAN PIZZA.....PEO-FITEROL WITHOUT EVEN A LITTLE CREAM. I PAID 15 EUROS FOR A PIZZA WITH HALF A WATER, AND A PROFITTEROL. THE STAFF WAS SMILING, THE WAITRESS WAS LAZY AND GRUMPY.
The pizza is phenomenal, and the food is also very good and carefully prepared. Whether it's fish or meat, everything is always top-notch. The staff is very friendly.
On the way from Lake Garda to Pavia we came by chance past Paiolo and were attracted by the sign Pranzo de lavoro. The place was heavily frequented with craftsmen and people from the area who do not want to cook at home due to the prices. The selection (without card) consisted of 3 appetizers and 3 main dishes and was very tasty. The service was fast, friendly and professional despite the crowd.
