Given the combination of a pub, TAB, and VIP room, there was security at the entrance and near the bar area where orders are placed. You can expect a mix of families with children as well as locals enjoying a beer. The food portions are generous and hearty, typical of pub fare. What User doesn't like about Crescent Head Country Club:
Guy at front counter was nice but wouldn’t let us in as one person was 18 and no one was over 25 to let them in, couldn’t even go in for takeaway as had to be all 18 or a “family”. For not much options in the town at least should be let in for takeaway, had to walk into the bottle shop across the road for some pizza. Maybe recommend even letting people in for takeaway View all feedback.
We recently spent another week here and enjoyed Chinese food with Vic and his fantastic staff. While a few of the bar staff can be a bit overly friendly towards visitors, the majority are wonderful. It must be good since we keep returning!
This is a fantastic place! I've been coming here for over 40 years, and I always make sure to stop by the country club for a few meals and beers. The bistro is excellent, and the Chinese restaurant is beautiful.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful evening.
Our neighbour in the caravan park recommended the Chinese meal, we turned up and we're lucky to get a table. I am glad we did the meal was absolutely amazing, if you are Crescent Head don't miss the Club.
