The Apple Peddler - Crescent City

Our waitress recommended the Blackberry Bully for dessert, and it did not disappoint—it was fantastic. We had a pretty large group, and it seemed like our waitress was a bit overwhelmed when we first arrived as she appeared to be the only server. Nevertheless, she seated us, brought water, and took our orders promptly. When our food arrived, it was hot and fresh. The pricing was reasonable for everything we got, and she even applied a discount since we were staying at the Bay View Hotel, which was a nice perk. Our waitress was very attentive and managed to remain calm despite the restaurant being full during dinner service. I didn't catch her name, but she wore a mask and was very polite, even under pressure from other diners. Overall, the service was excellent and definitely deserving of high praise. I will certainly return next time!

Was really impressed with this place. You could say they were understated, but only woman who worked the floor literally ran from stand to stand and treated him like a boss. There were a lot of people there and she made sure that no table had an empty cup and took care of everything. What we selected from the menu was quite simple, but it was all perfectly cooked and tasteful.

Hello! Last summer, I had a wonderful experience at the Apple Peddler Restaurant. From the moment I arrived, it felt like I had stepped into a charming pop-up restaurant from the 80s—such a fun atmosphere! My family and I were greeted by a delightful waitress from the South who guided us through the menu options. I opted for the fish and chips with potato salad, and it was absolutely delicious. The fish was light and fresh, perfectly complemented by lemon, vinegar, and tartar sauce. I can’t wait to try their steaks, pancakes, and salads next time. Everything was flavorful and created a cozy ambiance in the restaurant. I highly recommend visiting this place, and don’t forget to take a drive to the Smith River afterward! One of my favorite aspects of the restaurant is its location, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Oh, and the napkins are really adorable too!

If you're a person who usually eats late... Don't! You will scrambling to get everyone in the door, but not enough menu items. I'm sure you think why a 5-star review? Even if they don't have everything on the menu, they will do everything in their power to make you happy. The Parmesan Battered Fish was excellent. The menu item that is worth going for Dessert alone... BlackBerry Cobbler! This is my 2nd night in a row and it is still gorgeous, tasty and easy to Grubbin!

I ordered the sliders on a review on Google. Bad idea, the BBQ pork tasted like Loyds BBQ like you buy at Walmart ,now let's move on to the roast beef slider was dry and lacked flavor and now cheese burger slider seemed like it had been cooked some time early morning and set in warmer. Very few French fries and they were about the best thing on the plate ! My wife had the west coast cobb salad. Now she did like her salad.
