Honestly bad service... besides waiting for an eternity, you need it as if they were doing you a favor. Unfortunately, however, they make very good desserts and are the only ones in Cremona who have my favorite cake. Absolutely negative experience I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First of all the staff really very rude and arrogant (especially the one with red hair.I went with some friends for breakfast, we sat on a board where there were still the dishes of the previous customer. Then we waited about 20 min. Although we were in front of the staff, no one came to clean the table. Then we kindly asked the staff to clean the table so we could order. But in the end no one came and we left.The beauty is that not a moment we went out and that red str came to clean the table. Apathetic staff, rude and arrogant.
I went in with friends and we sat at a table with previous customer dishes. We waited, and then we asked if they could clean because we had to order. We waited for VENTI minutes and no one came in and yelled at us that they wouldn't clean until we respected them... Too bad we didn't do anything disrespectful. Then we left immediately and the staff immediately started to clean the table, I will not go
DO NOT GO! very rude and disrespectful staff. I went in with friends, and there were previous customer dishes on the table. after 10 minutes I asked if they could take them off and they told us to wait 2 minutes. After 15 minutes I asked again kindly and the waiters told us we were disrespectful. We went out now, never again. after we went out they cleaned the table. choose another place
I attended this place occasionally, both for brunch, for lunch, and for the purchase of pastries. Always a very pleasant experience and a very special food, which is not located elsewhere. Rightly expensive desserts, typically American. Congratulations! Not for everyone, though.
It's the second time I have breakfast here and I have to say that I always found myself well, the place is nice and the food is great, especially pancakes and cupcakes. The only key hurts the wait on Saturday morning. Despite the waiters doing their best between 10 and 11 there is a substantial flow of people and the service is a bit slow.
