healthy portions, solid fresh ingredients and a somewhat increased presentation of common stack food. this small extra touch (dick cut-fries, roasted mais with queensadillas, hamburger rolls much better than usual) supplement the genus overall: positive experience and would return to the future. What User doesn't like about Wondertree Gatwick:
We couldn't fault the service, efficient and engaging! The food was a bit tired and almost school dinners look and portion style. My friend sent her fish and chips back twice because the fish portion looked like it was for a child. The chicken escalope (where thicker) was tasty, the rest was tough to cut. I wouldn't recommend to eat here. View all feedback.
I had breakfast here at a very busy morning at the airport gatwick. but they would never believe it from the quality of service and food! the waitress was so helpful and friendly, even with a short conversation with us. a sign of the door said...that eating in the rule in 13 minutes from the order arrive; I would be surprised if our wait was more than 5 minutes, my crushed avocado on toast with chopped eggs was excellent, with a very generous serving of avocado and perfectly cooked. my man had only toast, but it was excellent thick slices of blomer with good quality butter. all in all, surprimgly excellent would be very good everywhere, but completely unexpected in an airport!
Visited Wondertree on a solo business journey through Gatwick South Terminal. All the staff were helpful and friendly, was found a nice table by the window overlooking the airport. Ordered the Wondertree salad and a glass of wine which arrived very quickly, which is what...you want in an airport. Salad was nice, could have been a tad more generous with the dressing. Price was what you would expect in an airport. Good visit and will definitely return.
The staff were really nice and friendly, however that’s unfortunately as good as it got. The food was below average, we both had the fish and chips, the mushy peas were cold, the fish had just been thrown in the fryer and the chips looked...like the ones you used to get for school diners. Sorry won’t be back.
Breakfast with the family before our flight. Crushed avocado with salad they forgot the salad! English breakfast. Uncooked eggs. Had to send the breakfast back so ended up eating mostly on my own. Waitress then took my plate away immediately I finished literally the moment...I put my knife down. I had not had chance to even use my napkin. Took my families plates away half way through me eating my breakfast. Don’t rush your diners Wondertree!! Food was ok but not fantastic. £2.50 for slice and half of toast!!
It is a tradition of us to start our holiday with a cooked breakfast and that was perfect. good quality eating and friendly service excellent.
