While many patrons praise the welcoming staff and exceptional dishes, those visiting during busy periods report significant delays and disorganization, particularly with takeaway orders. Instances of chaos in the parking lot during New Year’s Eve highlighted these issues, with complaints of missing items and lengthy waits. Despite these challenges, regular customers express loyalty, often citing the quality of the food and the hospitable environment as reasons to return. Improvements in order management could bolster overall satisfaction.
We have even here several times just before lockdown, and have really enjoyed it each time.The food is very good quality, very tasty, and with a menu that is not just the usual.We came once when the entertainment was running too, and thought that was fun too.We look forward to another visit in the spring when things ease for everybody.Unfortunately I live just too far away to make use of Tarana for a take-away. For those who don’t, I encourage you to try their food. You won’t be disappointed.
We live over an hour away, so unfortunately aren't able to visit as often as we would like, but once again the journey was well worth it. Really friendly, helpful staff and fantastic, flavoursome dishes. Just wish we lived closer! Caroline
Had grilled king prawns, and saag paneer grilled lamb all excellent with efficient service and courteous waitstaff. Restaurant open to 11 pm in a little village. Very welcoming late night spot
Having missed going to this fabulous restaurant, we ordered a takeaway last night and it was brilliant. Ordered online, given a choice of a time slot to pick up. It went very well and food as ever excellent. Definitely going back soon. Well done to Jahan Shah)
Always enjoy a lovely welcome from all the staff, and then you get to eat..I find it an excellent experience as the staff always make sure you enjoy not just your food but the time you spend there...a credit to each and every member of the team Tarana .
