The staff were very helpful and put me at ease about being able to provide gluten-free food suitable for a Coeliac. It was reassuring to see the Coeliac UK mark on the menus. We weren't rushed to order even though the team seemed busy and were given the right amount of time between ordering and receiving drinks, starters and main. There was a slight error in the gluten-free pizza I ordered (wrong one toppings), but this was quickly sorted. The Chef wanted to remake the whole table's order so that we would eat together and also advised the GF pizza's take a little longer to make. But we declined this as it would have been extra wasted food. The Chef then brought the pizza to my table himself to ensure I got it as quickly as possible. In fact my wife was still enjoying her pasta when it arrived. I can not fault how well the staff sorted this and the level of service they provided in doing so. We had lovely evening and look forward to returning again soon.

She carried on... read more I just wanted to say how lovely, polite and helpful our waitress, Veronika was when we visited this evening. It was so busy and she didn’t stop. She carried on being professional and helpful even after the duty manager (man in a red checkered shirt) spoke to her a number of times in the most appalling way in front of myself and my family and other customers. She must have felt so embarrassed. He made her cry but she just carried on. Thank you so much for being so lovely. Was just a shame that the duty master and another member of staff behind the bar made us feel so uncomfortable and that the poor girl serving was made to feel how what did.

And... read more Rude service, when we asking for a simple straw, and refused 2 times, saying that they don't have, but every other tables gets their drinks with the straw. And when tried the 3rd time, the guy just didn't wait to finish what I want to say, and jumped with a high voice to me, that if he said they don't have, they don't have... So... Use to come often to have dinner with my family, but never again...
