We had a deal... read more We ate in the restaurant as we had a discount in association with the hotel we were staying in. Waitress was so friendly and brilliant in her job. We had a deal for a two course meal and soft drink. Halloumi with pomegranate for starter, burger and katsu chicken with noddles and then sorbet for dessert. All food tasted good. In the deal you could also upgrade your drink for a Estrella for £1.

Despite the initial wait for a... read more The service at this restaurant was excellent, with the staff engaging in friendly conversation and checking in on my experience. Despite the initial wait for a table, the Barista quickly stepped in to assist. I only had coffee and toast, but the cappuccino was one of the best I have had in a while. Giraffe may be quieter than other cafes, but the overall experience was wonderful. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to the team for a great visit.
