Safe and spacious seating at our award-winning historic pub located on the High Street in Crawley. Our friendly staff is ready to assist you. We offer an extensive menu featuring locally sourced options, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. Whether you're looking for a work lunch, a quick stop during a shopping trip, or a family dinner, we have you covered. Enjoy our traditional look with a roaring fire in the winter or our large outside seating area in the summer, complete with live music on the weekends. Indulge in a wide range of real ales and traditional ciders, as we have been featured in The CAMRA Good Beer Guide every year since 2012. On Fridays and Saturdays, we stay open late serving up new cocktails. Join us for a pre-drink before hitting the nightclubs, or simply enjoy a social night out on our sofas, where you can chat and have a relaxed and fun evening.

The food was fantastic, the beer selection was top-notch, and the staff was extremely friendly! They were also very attentive to our son's allergies and made sure to check in with us multiple times throughout our visit.
The restaurant has a fantastic variety of drinks to choose from. The food is reasonably priced and comes in generous portions. However, there was a slight delay in receiving our food.
This pub is absolutely stunning. They have 10 authentic ales on tap and also offer food. The outdoor seating is beautiful and inviting. They have specials on Tuesdays and serve breakfast from 10-11:30. The pub supposedly home to two ghosts, adding to its charm. The staff is kind and welcoming.

Incredible staff and incredible beer! The atmosphere is very homey and pleasant, with friendly faces and good music. Will definitely stop by next time I'm in town. Thank you!!!
