We stopped by for breakfast on our way back from a camping weekend. We ordered a big breakfast and a small one, both were cooked perfectly and the portions were generous. The food was delicious and we found it to be great value for money. The staff was friendly and we will definitely be back when we are in the area. This place is a great stop for bikers! What bigbikes doesn't like about Route 59 Cafe:
This cafe is small with a badly laid out but good sized car park. It is on a main but featureless road just outside skipton. It has biker information and notices but is used by a very mixed customer basel. Food is typical fried fare and decent ,if a bit slow when busy. There is a outdoor toilet and you have to ask for the key. View all feedback.
This is probably a bikers Cafe. but not exclusively so. Amazing breakfasts and friendly service. Looking forward to me next visit.
This cafe is probably the smallest in the U.K. with only four tables inside, but plenty of seating outside. There is free WiFi, as evidenced by the man at the next table with his laptop and two-hour-old coffee. The menu is limited, with options like cooked breakfasts and sandwiches, but we opted for the cheeseburger with bacon which was unfortunately a bit bland. Despite an electric heater next to me, it didn't give off any heat, and I found myself freezing. Overall, I likely wouldn't return to this cafe.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The staff always greet you warmly and engage in some fun conversation. The bike nights are particularly bustling and lively. Despite its small size, the restaurant is impeccably charming.

I called into Route 59 after a friend recommended it. Although I only had coffee and a bacon sandwich, both were great quality and reasonably priced. I have to say this is one of the frendliest places I have visited. Audrey and Bobby made us feel like we'd known them for years. If you're passing, drop in. If you're not passing, find an excuse to do so.
