The staff were superbly helpful when I was deciding what drink I wanted, detailing to me what was in different ones! I did not have to wait long for my berry iced drink to be made and it had a mouth watering level of taste, for which the ice did not melt too quickly. The price was reasonable too and I had a comfortable seat at a table that was lacking any damage, alongside being kept fully clean. View all feedback.

Clean, bright with pleasant staff. The coffee, latte and iced coffee, was very good drunk in comfortable surroundings. Only downside was a management meeting being held in the main customer area. View all feedback.
Nice place. Very good coffee but tea was weak and watery. Atmosphere picked up as the morning progressed and there was a good selection of cakes and pastries on offer. Just a bit concerned that the pre made bacon rolls were in no way refrigerated, just sat in plastic wrap on the counter. Put me off buying one.
Just what I expect from Costa, friendly staff, good food and great coffee
Wonderful to return to a proper coffee shop on a hot day with full air conditioning. The girls behind the counter had bags of personality and really made me feel welcome. A terrific cappuccino too. Very enjoyable experience.
Very friendly staff and tables constantly cleaned and cleaned. we visited one of the Christmas market days, so it was very busy, but well personalized and organized. would recommend a visit and we will definitely return in the near future!
Another visit in the costa coffee in skipton and two beautiful latte’s and a few delicious tasty. always nice to visit, clean and tidy and staff very friendly, had time to serve a quick chat with the young man and a beautiful young lady who brought over the coffee for us. we'll see you next time in skipton.
