I am visiting from out of town and placed an order through the app for delivery. There was an issue with my order, but a quick phone call to Panera resolved it quickly and with ease. The supervisor I spoke to was apologetic, explained my options, and quick to help me. Great customer service and, as always, the food at Panera was tasty too : View all feedback.

For the life of me I cannot understand how breakfast food takes 10-15 minutes to come out. Ordered the chipotle chicken scrambled egg on ciabatta, and sat there watching people moving like they're in slo-mo. The associate at the front is why we'reat a 2 star and not a 1. The store is modern but the tables are pretty sticky. The food portion is smaller compare to other Panera stores.

I have been going to this Panera for years and I have never had worse experience than i did tonight. As a memeber of thd law enforcement community, I have never experienced any form of discrimination until tonight. The of disdain made me veryuncomfortable from the cashier to the servers. I normally eat inside the restaurant but tonight I felt very easy so I justretrieved my food and left. When I opened the bag, the sandwich was just thrown together, no mayo, no lettuce, no pickle on theside and an apple. I tried to salvage what I could of the sandwich but I was frustrated I want back to speak to Cindy theManger. She was very professional and very sympathetic to the event and refunded my money. As a member of the law enforcementcommunity, I have never experienced such treatment and even though the Manger tried to make good, the has left a very bad tastein my mouth. I will recommend this establishment, nor will go there in the future.
The drive through has a very long wait time, typically 30 minutes or so. Sometimes I?ve been told that they don?t have the staff and to come inside to order which has been inconvenient (defeats the whole purpose of a drive through). This location is perfectif you are a parent of small children that fall asleep 5 minutes before reaching the house, but if you get them out of the carseat they wake up. It?s nice to have this place to go to. The drive through is the perfect time to let them enjoy a long napwhere I get to enjoy the peace and quiet. Other times I?ve ordered hot tea and somehow get to the window and still wait anadditional 10 minutes. Not sure why. I could boil a pot of water faster at home. Staff is always chill. If you aren?t in anyrush, this is your go to drive through. Here I am in line with my kids sleeping, wrote this review and I still have 3 cars aheadof me. It?s awesome.
Waited over 30 minutes and ordered was never completed because I had to leave so I requested a refund. Kitchen should be communicating to Cashier?s if they are the far behind.
